Some People Say...

...that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Well it's a lie. I can think of a lot of things that taste better than skinny feels, especially when I am under a mountain of stress..

...cheesecake is the first thing that comes to mind.

I have been up and down the scales as a carbohydrate addict since I could chew. I know skinny, I know fat.

Starting this blog on October 19, 2011 I am:

44 years

5' 7"

190.2 lbs

I have:

insulin resistance

neuropathy in my feet

trigeminal neurlagia

I'll be yapping on these issues, and my every day stresses. I'll try not to whine too much.

I am also keeping a daily (FLOG) food log here (you can access it by clicking on the FLOG tab), because its the only way I have found that works for me to get smaller.
